**AGENT CONTROLLER- JOB DESCRIPTION**

Responsible for collections, deposits and credit limit management in Agent Credit Department. Acts as the liaison between agents and the Company and report the advances to immediate superior. Also liaise with the collections Companies.

**Primary responsibilities**

Management of Prosegur or other armoured Companies website.

Checks to ensure that agents have a good payment behaviour and there is no incidents.

Management PDQs.

Solve different issue with agents related to credit limit.

Organize and schedule pickups.

Support the rest of the department with other business units.

To follow payment plans.

**Requirements**:
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Excel experience (provable).
