**Job Mission**
- Want to see your vision have an impact? As a Sales Business Analyst Manager for Reckitt, you play an important role in the Commercial organization. You will drive the business by leading transparency and a clear focus on business opportunities on customer level. You are a key interface for management and the Sales team to drive executional and strategic decision making.**Main Responsibilities**
- You are responsible for analysis and systems/tools development- you develop customer and category analyses and trackings in order to trigger business opportunities
- you lead reportings based on main data resources (e.g. AC Nielsen, Focus, Reckitt systems and main customer systems)
- you are the main contact for local and regional performance reporting delivery together with Nielsen
- You provide the leadership team and key stakeholders with KPIs, trends, in-depth analysis and recommendations
- You drive consumer and shopper studies execution based on marketing/ trade marketing needs and give recommendation to stakeholders
- Analyze sales and performance records, interpret results at brand/category/country/regional level.
- Create and oversee standardized and custom reports, conduct quantitative market/sales/product analysis providing day to day support to CMI and Trade Marketing/Marketing
- Mine insights and drive conclusions, recommendations and general guidance
- Conduct analysis including but not limited to trending, identification and assessment of opportunity and risk, forecasting, regressions, correlation, cannibalization and probability modeling
- Build and maintain relationship with data vendors (Nielsen) and research agencies to ensure data integrity and timely reports delivery

- Min. Bachelor degree in Businesses Administration, Marketing, Statistics or Economics related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in analyst role in a quantitative Research Agency or a multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company.
- Experience in Retail/FMCG is a plus
- Good knowledge of main data provider tools (e.g. AC Nielsen)
- Strong analytical & numerical skills
- Ability to co-ordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope
- Expert knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of VBA and experience with relational databases a strong plus
- Commercial understanding
- Microsoft Power Applications (BI, Flow, APP, etc.) expert knowledge considered as a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
- Ability to cope with uncertainty and fast moving environment
- Stress resistant

- Fluent English
- Fluent Spanish advantage but not must have
