Konecta is hiring a Floor Manager with native/bilingual proficiency in English to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring exceptional service quality, and maintaining the smooth operation of the work environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Team Management: Oversee and motivate a large team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Service Quality: Ensure that set goals are met and maintain excellent service quality, while reporting the team’s constant development to our clients.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor the progress of results with an innovative mindset to constantly improve performance.

Training and Development: Support the team in their professional development by providing continuous guidance.

Call Flow and Request Management: Ensure optimal task and client request distribution, guaranteeing smooth daily operations.

Constant Communication: Regularly liaise with other team leaders and management to ensure we remain focused on the same goals, providing clear and consistent directions to all team members.

Problem-Solving: Serve as a reference point for the entire team.

Compliance with Internal Processes and Rules: Ensure continuous adherence to internal processes and rules.

Client Communication: Be in direct contact with the client. Organize and lead progress and goal-setting meetings with clients. Maintain daily communication with constant feedback. Strong reporting skills and ability to engage in high-quality exchanges with clients, offering innovative solutions when needed.

Who we are looking for:
Previous experience in managing teams in a customer service environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and resolve issues quickly.

Natural leadership with the ability to motivate and consistently inspire the team.

Proficiency in IT tools and management software.

Good command of French and Spanish is a plus.
