To support our growth, we are looking for a Floor Manager in our international office in Barcelona.

The floor manager leads, coordinates and manages operations of different accounts. He contributes pro-actively to the overall development of the accounts providing clear and concise direction to the supervisors through leadership and setting of objectives as well as organizing the necessary resources to the client needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading, managing and developing supervisors through interactions and motivation
- Providing on-going daily support for members of the team and be first point of contact for staffing issues
- Acting as a resource for other staff members, such as account managers and supervisors
- Attending and participating in team meetings, manager meetings and liaising with the client on a daily basis
- Implementing new initiatives and making sure they are fully understood
- Managing team performance and progress; measuring all KPIs for the team
- Constantly improving processes for reporting and managing the client's expectations
- Implementing new initiatives and making sure all staff fully understand them

**Duties and activities**
- Reporting to account managers and the client
- Communicate goals, expectations and feedback
- Planning, organization and definition of production needs
- Efficient daily operations and process
- Make sure correct procedures are followed and routinely give directions to their staff on what to do and how to improve
- Complete daily and weekly reports
- Identify the hiring needs for each account

**Requirements**:

- Able to quickly identify problems and determine the best solution
- Ability to effectively manage through others
- Good leadership, organisation and delegation
- Able to follow strict timelines

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Problem solving and decision-making
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Problem solving and analytical skills

The floor manager has great growth opportunities moving up to become account manager.

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido

Salario: 27.000,00€-31.000,00€ al año
