About the role
- With SAP APO decommissioning expected by FY25, this role will be key to ensure the transition to our future module replacing our current “SAP APO SNP module”
- Key player in company’s transition for supply planning digitalization
- Ensure technical transition from SAP APO to SAP IBP Supply Planning
- Identify & Implement key Supply Processes needed by Market and Operation Centers
- Support and develop technologies and platforms (SAP IBP) for Supply Planning Business Processes (heuristic, DDR,) and lead enhancement requests to improve the system and ensure proper reporting
- Blueprint creation and follow up for the full SNP process
- Global Supply KPI automation and management (Replenishment forecast Accuracy, Replenishment forecast Evolution, slow movers, write off, etc) - Some Reporting activities can be required for visibility to the company and drive actions
- Continuous Improvement activities
- System and process training to Global Supply Chain Community
- Best Practice Process & Tools (Supply Planning, Lifecycle Planning, Interchangeability etc.)
- Technical checks on conversion of Demand to Replenishment.

Can extend knowledge and responsibilities to:

- Demand and Supply Network Planning
- Production Planning, Material Supply Management & Inventory Management
- Product Portfolio Management & Master Data management (Controls - Safety Stock, Targets,)
- Organize & Manage Global Supply Planning Community continuous improvement process and knowledge

Education- Bachelor degree in Operations, Logistics, International Management, Supply Chain Experience

Skills and Experience
- Technical skills:

- Excellent technical skills including but not limited to SAP ECC/APO, SAP IBP, SAP BOA, advanced Excel and other AI systems. Any other production planning tool is an asset
- Experience in a production, logistics or supply chain environment Company (Minimum 3 years)
- Planning experience (Demand, Supply, Production etc.)
- Experience in improving business via continuous improvement process/Lean principles and incorporation of available systems technologies.
- Experience in project management and/or system implements (SAP).
- Passion for IT systems and new technologies
- Digitalization experience
- Solid Analytics, Planning Acumen, technical skills, and data-savvy
- Comfortable modeling and understanding large and complex data sets into useful information and insights
- Ability to understand and influence decision making
