**Description**About this role**
**Experience Management**
The Client Experience Management (CEM) team works with the BlackRock client businesses to ensure that the operational needs of our clients are understood and aligned with the operational teams across BlackRock.
In addition the team are responsible for ensuring that BlackRock’s operational service offering continues to evolve in line with industry and client trends with the goal of offering our clients class leading operational excellence.

Internally : We work with Business, Legal, Compliance and Business Operations
Externally : We engage with clients and third party service providers.
**Our team is known for**:
- Service Management:_ Dedicated service contact aligned to client businesses/ segments ensuring all service needs of the client are met.
- Inquiry Management:_ Aligned to support clients/ third parties on operational queries relating to key information distributed by the firm (Reporting, Invoicing, Prices etc.)
- Fund Servicing: _Provides servicing support to clients invested in BlackRock's Luxembourg Mutual Funds
- Service Enablement:_ Dedicated to supporting key team projects, initiatives and CEM business management
**What will you do as an intern?**:
- Participate in the day to day management of client services activities for the Client Experience Management team
- Coordinate standard information requested by clients (ad—hoc and regular)
- Help coordinate and answer generic requests coming from clients
- Take care of reporting tasks including:
- Quality checks of the information provided/sent to clients.
- Coordination of new reports requested by clients.
- Manage feedback and template update of ad—hoc reporting requests
- Chase production teams and delivery to clients in time and form.
- Support DD/RFP process
- Translations English/Spanish for requested information.
- Data base updates
- Assistance on Know your Client & Anti Money Laundering Due diligence processes for potential new distributors / ongoing refresh existing ones.
- Assistance on Local fund registration.
**What capabilities are we looking for?**:
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency in responding to client service and sales support enquiries.
- Very structured and organized person, able to manage a monthly calendar of deliverables. Ability to develop strong collaborative working relationships with key client business and service delivery stakeholders.stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast—paced environment with high self—assurance, energy and drive
- Ability to work proactively with others to resolve and escalate issues appropriately.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Proficient IT skills Proficient IT skills --all Microsoft office products and able to pick up other systems.
- Motivated, pro—active and rigorous individual with a can—do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
