As a dynamic and energetic professional, the Payroll Vendor Relationship Manager will own the collaboration with external Payroll partners. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Payroll Vendor Operations .What you bring Work experience in regional / global payroll vendor operations.Work experience in implementing payroll software in multiple countries.Work experience in managing third-party payroll vendor relationships.Excellent contract negotiation skills.Deep understanding of global payroll best practices.Excellent time management and organizational skills with great attention to detail.Proficiency in using spreadsheets.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.Understanding of the need and ability to work largely independently.Experience working remotely is a plus but not required.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Ability to create and manage internal training resources, including quick start guides.Maintain frequent communication with Payroll team management.Key Responsibilities Vendor Scoping & Research: Conduct market research for payroll vendors, develop criteria, and present recommendations.New Country Expansion: Manage onboarding, vendor selection, contract negotiations, system migration, and testing.Payroll Vendor Relations & Performance Evaluation: Ensure vendor satisfaction, meet SLAs, and optimize communication.Cost Tracking & Analysis: Review invoices, track costs, and provide reports to leadership.Communication & Collaboration: Work with internal teams for deployment and training of payroll solutions.Practicals Reporting to: Senior Manager, Global Payroll Vendor OperationsStart date: As soon as possibleRemote Compensation Philosophy Remote ensures fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits worldwide, paying above local rates to support global talent-hiring and local wealth creation.
