**Have a Great personality and amazing communication skills**
- A minimum of **3 years’ experience** and a proven track record in **Talent Acquisition or Recruitment services**
- Some commercial experience to drive clients and engage them
- Native level in German and fluent in English, to work with international companies
- Motivated, dynamic and driven to work towards greater things, achieve great client satisfaction, and aim for perfection
- Strong interest in new technologies and Artificial Intelligence is desired
- Be a team player and always aim to lead by example
- Great communication skills, a logical approach and a strong attention to details
