Junior P&o Business Partner

**Your role**:

- You act as a trusted partner in all HR matters for the business lead in the country, contribute to local business discussions and decision-making, provide ideas and challenge to management teams, catalyst for change.
- Assisting Line Managers to address specific people topics by advising on options, assessing risks and acting as P&O manager helping business managers decide on best course of action.
- Implementing and delivering people initiatives across the Lead Country Spain, aligned with the global People strategy.
- Management and leadership development. Coaching managers to improve their people development and employee-related skills.
- You’ll enable Employee engagement & Experience, and drive Talent Management to enable business in developing a diverse, robust talent pipeline and manage succession plan in tune with Strategy.
- Engage with regional and global teams to exchange ideas, best practices as well as co-create to bring various P&O initiatives to life.
- Using insights gained from direct feedback, surveys, focus groups & data, to identify trends, gaps & opportunities for greatest impact and drive to action.
- **Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of other education and equivalent experience will be considered.
- 2-3 years of experience in P&O business partner function with a focus on People Analytics and process digitalization.
- Proven experience in digitalization, process automation, and creation of dashboards and people analytics
- International experience, bringing a diverse perspective.
- Strategic judgment, business competences, customer orientation and professional ethics.
- English, Portuguese and Spanish proficiency
- Be independent, self-motivated, strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills.
- Think strategically and also roll up their sleeves
