Trouw Nutrition specializes in animal nutrition and is committed to advancing livestock health and productivity through cutting‑edge solutions.We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives within the Operations department in Iberia.Responsibilities The HR Business Partner is responsible for executing the business strategy as the strategic partner and coach to management, translating business strategy into HR strategy and priorities.Works in close collaboration with management, CoEs and the HR services organization.Exhibits a strong focus on performance and people development across all teams within the area of responsibility, driving improvement on capabilities and engagement.Responds to changing business conditions, challenges and needs; drives organizational effectiveness through management of change initiatives in people areas.Contributes to the development of higher‑level HR strategy and policies, actively taking part in global meetings and possibly being part of expert panels or global HR project teams.Proactively initiates and implements HR programs and processes in line with the formulated HR strategy, to elevate the business organization to higher professional standards and to professionalize HR, people management and leadership within the unit.Takes ownership of projects and initiatives at the country level.Champions the cycle of (Global) HR processes and programs from talent acquisition to employee onboarding, engagement, development and off‑boarding (including performance management and compensation & benefits), supporting the growth and development of people in the respective units.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relationship, Business Administration or similar.Master’s in HR or MBA.At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.Experience as an HR Business Partner managing talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development and employee engagement.Previous experience working in multinational environments.Ability to work fluently in both Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills, collaborative and analytical.Why You Will Love Working with Us Global Benefits A full‑time position in an international, dynamic environment.Competitive remuneration package, private health insurance, and 26 vacation days with flexibility.Opportunities for professional growth within Nutreco and the broader SHV group.A flexible work environment with the option to work from home 2 days per week.Local Benefits Subsidized meals in our office canteen.Reduced working hours on Fridays and over the summer.Regular company and team events.Next Steps We value a seamless candidate experience and would like to respond within 7 business days.
