Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Human Resources Intern to join our multinational HR team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full HR spectrum (360° exposure), with a particular focus on employee and labor relations, day-to-day employee support, and participation in key HR projects. You will work closely with HR professionals and business leaders, contributing to the employee experience and organizational development.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Human resources’ function, including assistance with reports and internal procedures.- Provide day-to-day support to employees, responding to inquiries about HR policies, benefits, internal processes, and workplace issues.- Assist in planning and executing HR projects in areas such as employee engagement, development, and labor relations.- Help maintain HR data systems and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.- Daily engage with our internal Human Resources Hub.

Requirements:
- Graduate in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law or Business Administration.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- English for a daily basis.- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.- Full time availability- 12 months of internship
