**Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion function,**
- Bring talent management expertise into the processes (eg recruitment, rewards, learning and development, mobility, succession planning), the decisions (eg grading, promotions, diversity and inclusion.) and the people plans.
- Support the identification and nurturing of talent pipelines for critical roles/competences to ensure the right people are at the right place at the right time.
- Drive the overall Talent Management process and promote the full exploitation of the HR systems to enable timely analysis and decisions based on quality data.
- Design, implement and continuously tune a Capability Management approach (analysis, processes and tools).
- Support the creation and deployment of the mobility strategy and associated plan; manage the plan in a dynamic and agile manner to ensure it is aligned with changing business needs and delivers the expected results.
- Manage Diversity & Inclusion plan.
- Capacity and capability analysis, management and adjustments (in close relationship with Operations and Finance) feeding the strategic workforce planning and informing, amongst others, the strategic direction of learning and development, mobility and talent acquisition activities.
- Manage and coordinate Talent Acquisition shared services.
**Learning & Culture function**
- Design, implement and deploy learning actions to support the business transformations in the company.
- Understand and influence the people plans of the various entities in order to address their common needs through global interventions in the areas of learning and development
Promote the learning platform uLearn to learn every way, every day in a one culture.
**Experience**
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR position
**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in Workday and Cornerstone platforms
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Familiarity with dashboarding and reporting tools
**Analytical & Organizational Skills**
- Ability to interpret and act on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement)
- Strong time management and prioritization capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal Skills
**Excellent team collaboration abilities**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts constructively
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality
**Languages**
- Strong command of both English and Spanish
- French will be considered a plus
