GID TRANSVERSAL SITE INITIATIVE LEADER (SIL)

In this role, the GID Transversal SIL is responsible for the execution & delivery of Transversal MVA (cross/multi brand) initiatives coming into GID project scope, representing both the Granollers and Chartres Factories.

**Key responsibilities**:
Develop and follow up the Critical Path Schedule (CPS) supporting the Project PMO
Ensure the quality, cost, and quantity on-time and in-full for the GID project scope Organize and lead the kick-off meetings, execution meetings and other key touch points, to ensure the readiness and secure the CPS adherence
Build and follow up a project milestone adherence report
Ensure corrective and preventive actions to ensure project adherence
Tracking of all projects, status of each project and report the results to the Project PMO
Build action plans for identified issues during project lifetime in collaboration with the different stakeholders.
Supply visibility on project status, risks and focus to factories lead teams on a regular basis

**Main requirements and skills (the ideal fit)**:
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, BA and/or similar academic background).
Project management skills
English (advanced level is mandatory)
SAP proficient
Priority setting and organizational skills
Written and spoken communication skills
People leader - ability to motivate and enable a high performing organization.
Results focused - able to react to dynamic environment to deliver the business’ needs.
Collaboration skills - win for the team spirit, can positively influence, and manage stakeholders to drive the performance forward.
Strong sense of individual accountability - personal drive to improve status quo and passionate ownership of performance.
