SITE INITIATIVE LEADE

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
The Site Initiative Leader (SIL) is the project leader, which will be responsible for ensuring the development and delivery of all new initiatives sourced from the Granollers Site - Where the role fits into the organization.

**THE ROLE In this role you will be responsible for**: Lead all new initiative executions Ensure the quality, cost, and quantity on-time and in-full for the assigned projects Agree, build, and follow up new projects Critical Path Schedule (CPS) Organize and lead the kick-off meetings, execution meetings and other key touch points, to ensure the readiness and secure the CPS adherence Build and follow up project milestone adherence during project development. Ensure corrective and preventive actions to ensure project adherence Tracking of all projects, status of each innovation and report the KPI results into the local scorecard Build action plans for identified issues during project lifetime in collaboration with the different stakeholders
