SITE INITIATIVE LEADER (SIL)

The Site Initiative Leader (SIL) is the project leader, which will be responsible for ensuring the development and delivery of all new initiatives sourced from the Granollers Site.

SIL is the primary point of contact for innovation and strategical projects, going hand-in-hand with other SC stakeholders among which stand out: the Global Initiative Leader (GIL), Procurement, Technical (Formula & Pack) teams, Planning Hub and Quality.

Mission And Responsabilities

• Lead all new initiative executions after handover from GIL
• Ensure the quality, cost, and quantity on-time and in-full for the assigned projects
• Align, build, and follow up new projects Critical Path Schedule (CPS)
• Organize and lead the kick-off meetings, execution meetings and other key touch points, to ensure the readiness and secure the CPS adherence
• Build action plans for the supply chain issues identified during project lifetime in collaboration with the different stakeholders. The SIL owns the problem-solving
• Tracking of all projects, status of each innovation and report the KPI results into the local scorecard
• Activate the alert process in case an issue cannot be mitigated and resolved. Communicate issues or risks to both the Lead Team and the business to make the necessary decisions.
• Loss analysis and continuous-improvement mindset, looking for processes and tools optimization, making the team more effective and efficient.

THE IDEAL FIT:

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering, BA and/or similar academic background).
• Experience in Supply Chain and Project Management.
• English (advanced level is mandatory)
• SAP and MS Project are highly recommended.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, along with critical thinking, process improvement and decision-making.
• People leader – ability to motivate and enable a high performing organization.
• Results focused – able to react to dynamic environment to deliver the business' needs.
• Collaboration skills – win for the team spirit, can positively influence, and manage stakeholders to drive the performance forward.
• Strong sense of individual accountability – personal drive to improve status quo and passionate ownership of performance.
