**What will I be doing?**:

- Building the long term vision for our data products and improve the performance of millions of deliveries each year by defining and helping bring to life high-performing real-time Algorithms ‍ ️
- Supporting the company-wide effort to make data-driven decisions part of Stuart’s DNA thanks to performing and easy to use Data Platforms
- Collaborating with leadership in Data Science, Engineering, and Analytics to achieve your shared product vision
- Understanding business priorities and technical constraints to manage a living roadmap on all data products
- Ensuring that the Data Product Management team has a quantitative and outcome focused approach to identifying priorities and assessing success
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, both in our business and Tech functions and including senior management and C-suite
- Mentor and grow a team of talented Data Product Managers. You will help the Data Product Managers be autonomous and impact-driven.
- Motivating your team to find creative ways to continue to ship frequently even for complex, high-dependency projects

**What do we need from you?**:

- 5+ years experience with Data and Product Management
- A strong track record of successfully delivering data products, with particular focus on Algorithms and Data Platforms
- Built, grew and managed small to mid sized teams
- Confident using data and insights at each stage of the product life cycle
- Proven ability to communicate and manage change across multiple teams and levels of seniority.
- Personal drive to influence stakeholders and gather critical information across the whole company.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- MS, MBA or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related technical field or equivalent preferable
- (Bonus) Last-Mile hero: You worked in the last-mile logistics space and have a strong understanding of the constraints and needs of clients.
