With a fresh round of Funding, Glamping Hub is excited to be hiring for the next growth stage of the company. Due to the boom in the Glamping market, we are eager to dedicate resources to our diverse team. For this reason, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager.
As an Account Manager, you will be the strategic business partner for Glamping Hub’s new program “Develop with”, whereby we deploy tents, promote, and distribute new glamping sites in partnership with wineries, campgrounds, and hotels. Your primary responsibilities will be building relationships with these partner hosts to maximize room nights and revenue for the benefit of both companies. This requires an all-around business acumen that implies gaining deep knowledge of the glamping site and its location, working with our marketing team to promote the property, and distributing via a PMS as well as ensuring the flow of reservation communication and troubleshooting guest stays. An understanding of hospitality revenue management will facilitate success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for increasing all bookings, communications, and listings for key accounts
- Communicating bookings to onsite hosts and responding to guest inquiries
- Work between several different booking platforms and PMS software to manage bookings
- Facilitate and define the invoicing of bookings and accounts by liaising with our internal finance team as well as managing any booking alterations.
- Build outstanding relationships with our key accounts and become a trusted advisor.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and educate our key accounts on all our services.
- Set, track, and report on performance metrics and high-level insights.
- Deliver and meet revenue and booking targets

Desired skills and qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience as B2B Account Manager / Project Manager or Client Relationship Manager.
- Appetite to identify, drive and manage business growth.
- Pro-active, autonomous approach, going beyond our host's expectations.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Strong data understanding and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with API integrations
- Strong Revenue Management skills. Easily able to understand and process price calculations, percentages, and breakdowns, and understand commission structures
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Good organizational skills
- specifically able to manage tasks in multiple places and multitask
- Ability to create and follow protocols.
- Ability to move fluidly between several systems and be able to multitask
- Language experience: Fluency in English mandatory, Other languages beneficial
