At the** Sir Victor Hotel** in Barcelona we are looking for a person to join our **The Rooftop team**.

The Rooftop is our secluded bar and restaurant in the middle of Barcelona that overlooks Gaudí's Casa Milà and La Sagrada Familia.

We are looking for a person to fill the position of Supervisor. A person with patience, personality and perseverance necessary to progress in this position and improve the overall experience of The Rooftop’s customers and the team spirit in general.

You should also be a motivational team member with good communication skills and treat guests and staff members with respect.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and train new employees.
- Ensure the correct service standards are being offered.
- Ensure the correct use of checklists by the entire team.
- Conduct weekly briefings with the team together with the Manager.
- Supervise your shift and motivate the team to give an optimal performance.
- Recognize regular customers and VIPs with a more detailed service.
- Have the mis in place prepared for the afternoon/night shift
- Receive the fruit orders and check the quality
- Motivate and share with the staff upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Guarantee the correct invoicing of all tables and services in the Infrasys system.
- Control of staff breaks and timing during your shift.
- Guarantee the correct closings of the shifts (cleaning, restock etc).
- Resolve guest complaints.
- Share feedback of service and appraisals and issues with The Manager
- Guarantee the roomservice during the responsible absence
