Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Commercial Manager will have the following tasks:
Design and implement the commercial strategy in coordination with the other Heads in line with the company's national policies and strategy: Management of the national sales team covering sales, key accounts and marketing. Management of the income statement, definition of budgets and pricing policies.
- Leading the commercial activity taking into account that you will have to support, motivate and organize in a way that the team has a high level of commitment, that collaboration is encouraged in the team, that they are empowered to make decisions and that the objectives of the company are met in the most efficient way.
- Deal directly with high level negotiations with key accounts and/or strategic projects when required.
- Contribute improvement ideas to established processes to maintain growth, efficiency and quality levels.
- Keep informed of industry news and trends that may affect the business, as well as competitor movements.
- Knowhow of benchmarking.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant industry institutions, organizations and associations in order to bring recognition and new opportunities to the company.
**Qualifications**
- Native Spanish and advanced English
- Minimum of 5 years' experience
- Experience in a leadership role
- Motivation for the constant overcoming of goals
- Ability to manage complex situations and multiple partners at one time
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and partner management skills
