We´re looking for a Food technician QA product approval & monitoring based in Madrid in order to work in multidisciplinary projects to enhance food safety, quality, profitability and other related matters.

Functionalities:

- Works in multidisciplinary projects to enhance food safety, quality, profitability and other related matters.
- Food & packaging approval process coordination for QRS group.
- Initial review of legal and quality documentation related to QA approval process.
- Organizing and leading meetings with suppliers and franchisees for QSR group.
- Complaints handling with suppliers, focused on trends analysis and main manufacturers performance.
- Food items sensory and physical evaluation in restaurants and logistic platforms.

**Requisitos**
Minimum requirement:

- Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Veterinary Science or related Technical Sciences.

Requirement desirable but not exclusive:

- General knowledge in Food manufacturing industry.
- Minimum 1 year of progressive work experience in similar functions.
