We´re looking for a Food technician QA product approval & monitoring based in Madrid in order to work in multidisciplinary projects to enhance food safety, quality, profitability and other related matters.

Functionalities:

- Works in multidisciplinary projects to enhance food safety, quality, profitability and other related matters.
- Food & packaging approval process coordination for QRS group.
- Initial review of legal and quality documentation related to QA approval process.
- Leads meetings with suppliers and franchisees for QSR group
- Food items sensory and physical evaluation in restaurants, supplier’s manufacturing sites and logistic platforms. Records data and results into systems, and generates appropriate reports
- Restaurants quality visits

**Requisitos**
Minimum requirement:

- Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Veterinary Science or related Technical Sciences.
- Willingness to travel internationally.

Requirement desirable but not exclusive:

- 2-3 years of progressive work experience in similar functions. Desirable specific job experience on food manufacturing process, sensory analysis, and/or regulatory topics.
