**Your key responsibilities will be**:
- Hire, coach and lead a team of Sales Development Reps and Team Leads (~15 talents)
- Develop the prospecting and sales skills of team members
- Weekly 1-2-1 meetings using dashboards to track SDR pipelines, activity and performance
- Day-to-day monitoring of activity and performance, utilizing your knowledge of the individual; internal and external factors, and a data-driven approach
- Motivate team members through creative incentives
- Regularly report on Team/Individual Results
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity

**Required skills and attributes**:
- 5+ years in the software sales space as both an SDR and SDR Manager
- Proven track record of success as an SDR manager
- Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
- Fluent in English and French or Spanish.

- Meet with Alain, our external Sales Advisor, ex PayFit Head of Sales (1h)
