Full-Stack Network Infrastructure Architect

**DESCRIPTION**:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, develop, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure and network architecture, including servers, storage, virtualization, cloud-based resources, LANs, WANs, and other networking components, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
- Evaluate and recommend new and emerging technologies to enhance the performance, scalability, and security of the IT infrastructure and data communication networks
- Develop and maintain infrastructure and network standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices
- Lead infrastructure and network-related projects, coordinating resources and timelines, and ensuring successful project completion
- Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis to ensure the IT infrastructure and data communication networks meet current and future demands
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members as needed
- Develop and maintain system, infrastructure, and network documentation, including architecture diagrams, asset inventories, policies, and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the IT environment remains current and competitive

WHAT YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network engineering, with a focus on designing, implementing, and managing complex IT environments and data communication networks
- Strong knowledge of server hardware, operating systems, virtualization platforms, storage technologies, networking concepts and protocols, and network devices and technologies
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and network security best practices and technologies
- Experience with IT infrastructure and network monitoring and management tools
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure and networking principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and network issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Relevant professional certifications, such as MCSE, VCP, CCNA, CCNP, or similar
- Proficient in German, both written and spoken
