Our materials, from digital to manipulative ones, facilitate the assessment and the personalization of learning in the 21st century classroom. More than 210,000 students from 1,200 different schools use our teaching and learning materials every day and this revolution has only just begun... We need you to make it global **Company situation** Innovamat is a didactic proposal with: - More than 1250 schools working with us in Spain, Chile, Ecuador and México. - A gamified platform that allows individualized learning so each student can keep up with it. - More than 5000 resources that help improve maths learning. - A network of experts who train and advise teachers on the didactics of mathematics. - Many opportunities to have a direct impact on our educational system. **Your mission ‍‍** We are looking for Country Launcher to kickstart Innovamat's business in Perú. This is both a very hands-on and strategic role that involves being able to find the first power schools as well as building a strategy and a top-performing team. The position involves defining the right go-to-market strategy, acquiring the first customers (schools) and ensuring that these customers are successful with Innovamat. The Country Launcher is accountable for local operations, and building a healthy business in the region in alignment with Innovamat's culture. This person will work hand-in-hand with the Barcelona teams (Operations, Product, General Management etc.) to find the recipe for success. The position can be based in Barcelona for the first months but, once the proof of concept is reached, the Country Launcher will then relocate in the country and open a local office. **Day-to-day life at Innovamat** We improve our product iteratively and incrementally, following the mantra: "Quality is non-negotiable". For this reason, we believe a strong team-working philosophy is the key to achieve all our big challenges. **Who are you**: - Pro skills in Sales, Business Development, Strategy or any other related field. - You're ready to coach and lead people to become the best of themselves. - An entrepreneur at heart, you are able to build ideas from scratch and never lose your focus. You take responsibility for your mistakes and you're not afraid of them, it's also a way of learning - You define yourself as a launcher: get-stuff-done is an attitude in life. You feel comfortable working with limited resources and not afraid of dreaming big.
