**About the Position**
As an Account Based Marketing you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of high-impact field and direct marketing programs to help drive customer engagement and opportunities for sales.
You will be responsible for collaborating closely with:
- cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, CSMs, etc.) to develop, execute, and report on marketing tactics to support the end-to-end campaign strategy
- sales leaders to plan and execute compelling Account-Based Marketing activities to create and accelerate customer opportunities.
The position is based in Madrid and may involve traveling abroad. This is an English-speaking role.
**What You’ll Do**
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of field marketing activities to support broader marketing initiatives and campaigns in Europe (in English).
- Collaborate closely with Local Marketing Managers and other team members on the creation of integrated campaign strategies and executions to drive business success within the territory.
- Align events and marketing activities within the buyer’s journey as part of an end-to-end campaign strategy.
- Plan and host live, online, and offline activities to create engagements with customers to engage and accelerate opportunities and deepen customer relationships.
- Align marketing with sales to ensure activities are synchronized with business priorities, objectives, and goals. Create engagement points with sales to drive business opportunities.
- Communicate and meet regularly with sales managers and their teams to provide ongoing updates.
**What You'll Need**
- Passion for B2B, results-driven marketing
- Experience marketing to HR or corporate L&D a plus
- 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Native level of English mandatory
- Detail oriented
- Bachelor’s degree
- Personal experience learning a language helpful; fluency in a second language a plus but not required.
