You'll innovate, drive, and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the recruitment lifecycle.

**What you'll be doing**
- Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut's rapidly growing teams
- Advising hiring teams with strong insight into the specialist talent market
- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
**What you'll need**
- 2+ years of experience as a high-volume recruiter (seniority will be based on your experience)
- A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Exceptional business acumen and adaptability to support cross-functional hiring
- Excellent organisation and time-management, with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
- Excellent problem-solving mindset and sharp attention to detail
- High ambition, self-motivation, and passion about our vision
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Fluency in English
**Nice to have**
- Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth start-up, and/or fintech
- Experience recruiting for sales roles
- Fluency in other languages
