About the role Our Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Revolut. Recruiters seek out top talent, match the right people to the right roles, and collaborate across the business to build high-performing, forward-thinking teams. With a sharp eye for potential, they help Revolut grow and scale with intention. We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Recruiter who’s passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience while building world-class teams across Growth, Brand, Performance, Product Marketing, and Partnerships at Revolut. You’ll combine sharp commercial awareness with a deep understanding of the Growth and Marketing talent landscape to design and execute high-impact hiring strategies and attract the world’s top A-players. What you'll be doing Recruiting exceptional talent to join our rapidly growing teams Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile Developing and refining interview processes that enhance assessment quality and optimise candidate experience Facilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs Screening CVs and interviewing prospective candidates, promoting Revolut as an employer of choice Driving the offer process and closing candidates Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market Innovating, testing, and optimising hiring approaches, spotting opportunities to improve every stage of the recruitment lifecycle What you'll need 2+ years of experience as a recruiter Experience scaling high-performance growth and marketing functions A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers Business acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment efforts Solid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools Great problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail High ambition, self-motivation, and a passion about our vision Exceptional communication skills Fluency in English Nice to have Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, and/or fintech Fluency in other languages Compensation range Krakow: PLN8,700 - PLN11,000 gross monthly* Poland: PLN8,700 - PLN11,000 gross monthly* Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process *Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience Benefits at Revolut No ping pong tables or bean bag chairs, just benefits you actually want Get what you need to succeed Financial benefits that show we value your work Flexibility to work from home, the office or abroad A free Revolut Metal subscription loaded with perks Exciting events year-round so you can get to know your team #J-18808-Ljbffr
