**Leads Management Agent Nederlands**

**Doel van de functie**:
Onze **agenten **zullen zich toeleggen op het beheer en de kwalificatie van leads voor de conversie van potentiële klanten naar verkopen door de implementatie van uitgaande verkoopcampagnes.

**Verantwoordelijkheden van het management van leads**:

- Beheer/kwalificeer leads om klanten met een hoog conversiepotentieel te identificeren.
- Behaal vastgestelde doelen voor lead-naar-verkoop-conversie.
- Identificeer de behoeften van de klant en stel ad-hoc oplossingen voor die waarde bieden voor de volgende fasen van het verkoopproces.
- Gegevens bijwerken in CRM.

**Wij zoeken u aan als**:

- Je hebt uitgebreide kennis en ervaring van de klantenservice branche.
- Ervaring in Outbound sales, B2B sales of business development.
- Vermogen om een band met klanten op te bouwen.
- Communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden.
- Native **Nederlandse** taal is essentieel**.**:

- Goede kennis van de** Engels **of** Spaanse **taal
- Ervaring in het gebruik van CRM-systemen en MS Office.
