**About the role**:
** Your mission, should you choose to accept it**:

- Acts as line manager for a team of KCS Program Lead, Content Writers and other individual contributors.
- Creation and implementation of a Knowledge Management strategy.
- Design, develop, and manage Knowledge Management programs.
- Maintenance of knowledge management platforms and continuous improvement of KM workflows.
- Developing new programs and solutions that meet the needs of the department.
- Collaborating with team members to capture new information that can be stored in the knowledge base.
- Conducting an evaluation of knowledge strategy, programs' effectiveness and return on investment (metrics, data analysis, and reporting).
- Define content standards and guidelines for what information is captured, where, by whom, how it integrates with the rest of the tech stack, and how to keep it from growing stale.
- Encourage correct and widespread usage of the company's knowledge base.

**️ You'll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you**:

- Professional experience in the area of content management.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and influence senior management.
- Deep understanding of Knowledge Centred Service (KCS) methodology.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to nurture positive team culture. Understanding how to coach, motivate and develop teams globally.
- Highly computer literate, solid experience with using Knowledge Management platforms.
- Strategic and creative mindset, critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment.
- Navigate and prioritise multiple programs and their outcomes.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions.
