Desde Luxe Talent , Consultoría Internacional de Selección y Formación de personal especializada en vacantes Executive & Middle Management en los sectores Moda, Lujo, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality y FMCG; nos encontramos en la búsqueda para uno de nuestros clientes, La Roca Village, la figura de un@ Senior Guest Knowledge & Insights Manager para trabajar desde sus oficinas. Como Senior Guest Knowledge & Insights Manage r tus principales tareas serán: Revisar los datos, análisis de miembros y CRM, e informar al equipo sobre decisiones estratégicas y comerciales en marketing, comunicación, retención y recompensas. Identificar nichos de mercado con potencial de crecimiento, conocer sus intereses y definir estrategias para atraerlos y convertirlos en clientes. Analizar tanto a los clientes nacionales que aún no visitan La Roca Village como a los visitantes internacionales que llegan a Cataluña . Desarrollar el Conocimiento del Cliente para llegar a nuevos clientes, facilitando el crecimiento de los principales KPI del negocio mediante el uso de diversas fuentes de datos de mercado e investigación del consumidor, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. Analizar cómo podemos comprender mejor a los clientes nacionales que aún no tenemos Generar información relevante desde la perspectiva del cliente nacional e internacional para entender cómo podemos involucrar y atraer a nuevos clientes a través de diferentes canales y mensajes. Apoyar la estrategia de marketing identificando brechas en los canales de comunicación y desarrollando contenido con mensajes atractivos para captar nuevos segmentos de clientes. Supervisar nuestros datos de audiencia, los programas clave de información del cliente y las agencias en colaboración con expertos centrales y alineación con el Guest Knowledge (GK) Central y LZV GK para el punto de referencia nacional español. Experiencia de al menos 7 años gestionando departamento de Guest Knowledge & Insights Manager (CRM). Se requiere un enfoque analítico sólido :convertir datos en información comercial relevante para respaldar la estrategia. Habilidad para trabajar con metodologías cuantitativas y cualitativas . Conocimiento del mercado internacional . Entendimiento del Marketing Mix y cómo aplicar los insights para la toma de decisiones. Inglés fluido.
