What We're Looking For Breezeway is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our Guest Experience team. This role is ideal for an execution‑focused engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, delivering high‑impact solutions efficiently. What You'll Do Develop and maintain our guest experience products, building applications including guest communication, on‑call support, guest‑facing tooling and upsells product. Monitor releases, troubleshoot issues, and leverage Datadog to diagnose system performance. Work with our Product team to refine technical requirements and ensure seamless deployment to our customers. Serve as technical leader on projects from conception through to deployment, collaborating with the Principal Engineer on architecture. Who You Are Execution‑focused engineer who thrives in a high‑throughput environment. Product‑minded, with client empathy that drives rapid problem‑solving and delivery. Comfortable working heads‑down with an emphasis on impact and efficiency. Strong problem solver who can analyze and adapt to evolving client needs while maintaining system reliability. What You'll Bring 7+ years of full stack development Strong React skills, with experience in Python or similar language Experience in a B2B environment with experience in B2C additionally valuable Experience with GraphQL, Apollo Client, and TypeScript Experience monitoring and debugging web applications using Datadog or similar tools.
