Team Lead Processes

**The Role**:
This position will lead the Processes & Systems team inside the Customer Experience (CX) Enablement business unit. The CX Enablement team empowers and facilitates all CX teams to focus on what is most important: our customers We provide our teams with the product knowledge, data, and insights they need, work to continuously evolve our processes as we scale, and look after systems.

In particular, the Processes & Systems team maximizes process efficiency and transparency to drive CX and Personio strategic goals. It also decides and manages our CX tool environment to enable our operations.

As a Team Lead of Processes & Systems, you will be reporting to the Head of CX Enablement. You will have a huge impact on leading our process automation and scalability strategy. You will lead and guide a team of Business Process Manager and Systems Architects, that will directly work with the teams to design and implement processes that provide great performance and excellent customer experience.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- You define and execute our Processes & Systems strategy and vision in close partnership with the Head of CX Enablement
- You develop and motivate your team through continuous feedback, formal evaluations, and coaching to drive team satisfaction and performance
- You and your direct team support CX teams to measure, design, and implement scalable processes that improve their efficiency
- You equip our CX department with the best-in-class tools to accomplish our operational and business goals
- You foster cross-functional alignment with other teams and leaders to jointly create a high value and well-prioritized road map
- You regularly plan the budget and hiring needs for your team and are responsible for the execution and adherence of those plans
- You are accountable for our road map and team OKRs. You make sure that projects and goals are achieved on time, delivering high quality and managing your team workload.

**What you need to succeed**:

- You have experience in leading and hiring highly qualified process experts and systems architects, and organizing them in an optimal team structure
- You have superior project/time/conflict management skills that allow your team to deliver the results/deliverables expected.
- You have solid experience scaling and automating business processes in a digital environment
- You are able to map, design, and monitor complex process structures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
- You have experience with automation tools in order to increase business efficiency and scalability
- You enjoy communicating with teams and the solution of their problems motivates you
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to successfully align, negotiate and present with all departments of Personio
