Join to apply for the Process Optimization Lead role at Atos We are seeking a Senior Process Optimization Specialist to lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on operational efficiency, process redesign, automation, and continuous improvement, acting as a key partner for business and technology teams. Hybrid working model available. Key Responsibilities Lead process mapping, modelling (As-Is / To-Be) and redesign of complex operational and strategic processes. Identify inefficiencies, analyze KPIs/data, and develop business cases for improvement. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM initiatives and support automation (RPA, BPM, low-code). Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and provide expert guidance to junior team members. Manage improvement projects end-to-end and present findings to senior leadership. Produce documentation BPMN diagrams, workflows, procedures and standards. Requirements 8+ years of experience in process optimization, operational excellence or consulting. Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field. Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN and process modelling tools (Bizagi, Visio, Miro). Advanced Excel, Power BI; experience with RPA tools (UiPath, AA, Blue Prism). English C1/C2 required. Preferred certifications Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, BPM, Agile/Scrum. Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.
