Trabajamos con una empresa líder en en ofrecer soluciones de software y servicios tecnológicos para una variedad de industrias. Se trata de una empresa muy reconocida en el campo de la consultoría y desarrollo de software personalizado, así como en la implementación de soluciones de tecnología de la información.
Actualmente están buscando ampliar su equipo incorporando a un/a Business Manager para trabajar en diferentes proyectos del sector IT, Big Data, IA y Analítica Digital.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Captación, apertura y mantenimiento de clientes. Gestión de cuentas, fidelización de clientes. Gestión de necesidades de clientes; detectar necesidades y ofrecer la solución más adecuada. Gestión de equipos de ingenieros/as (reclutamiento, seguimiento, desarrollo).
**Requisitos**:
¿Qué buscamos o nos gustaría ver en ti? Experiência de al menos 5 años en venta de proyectos / soluciones adaptadas a grandes empresas en distintos sectores. Tener capacidad de mantener una conversación y negociar en inglés. Tener experiência en gestión de grandes cuentas.
