We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer**.**
**Your main tasks will be**:
- Resolving challenging requests from our partners;
- Provide comprehensive consultancy, support, advice, and training on the use of system portals for our partners
**We expect from you**:
- Business correspondence skills;
- Spanish/English - Intermediate;
- The ability to find solutions to a problem on their own;
- Advanced PC user (ability to eliminate technical problems (both software and hardware), work with RAM and CPU consumption monitoring);
- Understanding the organization of TCP/IP networks, IPv4 addressing, DNS, DHCP, operation and settings of network equipment;
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS;
- Knowledge of javascript basics
- Understanding of client-server operation (status codes, HTTP methods);
- Experience with sniffers and DevTools;
