About the Role We are looking for a Technical Engineer to join our Product team , playing a key role in providing technical support to Sales teams throughout the commercial lifecycle of solar tracker solutions . The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a customer-oriented mindset, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically sound, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements . Key Responsibilities Pre-sales Technical Support Provide technical support to Sales teams in the preparation of technical proposals. Perform system sizing and performance calculations. Develop technical presentations and sales support materials. Respond to technical inquiries from customers and partners. Post-sales Technical Support Provide technical assistance during system installation and commissioning. Troubleshoot technical issues and support customers in the field. Prepare technical reports and related documentation. Product Development Collaborate in the development of new products and continuous improvement of existing solutions. Participate in product testing and performance analysis. Training & Representation Train Sales teams on the technical features and benefits of the products. Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and technical meetings. Requirements Education Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience Experience in the solar energy sector, preferably with solar trackers . Proficiency in design and simulation tools such as AutoCAD, PVSyst , or similar. Experience in field technical support and troubleshooting. Technical Knowledge Strong background in mechanics, electricity, and electronics. Knowledge of solar industry standards and regulations. Fluent English (professional working proficiency). Skills & Competencies Strong technical communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Customer-oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proactivity, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
