With a strong international footprint and a proven track record across utility-scale projects, Arctech is committed to driving innovation and maximizing energy efficiency in the renewable energy sector.Joining Arctech means becoming part of a fast-growing, technology-driven company shaping the future of solar energy.About the RoleWe are looking for aTechnical Engineerto join ourProduct team , playing a key role in providingtechnical support to Sales teamsthroughout the commercial lifecycle ofsolar tracker solutions .The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a customer-oriented mindset, ensuring that proposed solutions aretechnically sound, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements .Key ResponsibilitiesPre-sales Technical SupportProvide technical support to Sales teams in the preparation of technical proposals.Perform system sizing and performance calculations.Develop technical presentations and sales support materials.Respond to technical inquiries from customers and partners.Post-sales Technical SupportProvide technical assistance during system installation and commissioning.Troubleshoot technical issues and support customers in the field.Prepare technical reports and related documentation.Product DevelopmentCollaborate in the development of new products and continuous improvement of existing solutions.Participate in product testing and performance analysis.Training & RepresentationTrain Sales teams on the technical features and benefits of the products.Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and technical meetings.RequirementsEducationDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.ExperienceExperience in the solar energy sector, preferably withsolar trackers .Proficiency in design and simulation tools such asAutoCAD, PVSyst , or similar.Experience in field technical support and troubleshooting.Technical KnowledgeStrong background in mechanics, electricity, and electronics.Knowledge of solar industry standards and regulations.Fluent English(professional working proficiency).Skills & CompetenciesStrong technical communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.Customer-oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Proactivity, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.Passion for technology and innovation.Results-driven and comfortable working in dynamic environments.What We OfferJoin aTop 2 global solar tracker manufacturer .Work on large-scale, international renewable energy projects.Professional growth in a highly technical and innovative environment.Competitive compensation package based on experience.Interested in shaping the future of solar energy with Arctech?Apply via LinkedIn and join our global team.
