**RSCM Senior Associate SUPPLY CHAIN REPORTING**

Service Center Barcelona - Supply Chain Reporting department is looking to integrate a new member in its team to perform support activities for Supply Chain & Logistics and Statistical Demand Forecasting.

**Requirements**:

- Studies in Economics, Controlling, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or similar
- High English communication skills, other languages beneficial
- Advanced Microsoft Office Excel user (Experience in Analysis for office environment - queries handling & improvements)
- Highly customer oriented
- Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork spirit
- Ability to work under pressure, with tight SLA’s.
- Good Analytical and Communication Skills, proactive, with initiative and persistence for follow-up
- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead teleconferences in an international context
- Strong motivation to develop Supply Chain and Logistics area
- Flexibility is a must

**Additional skills welcomed**
- Experience in Supply Chain Management / Financial analysis
- Participation in international Projects
- Good Skills in SAP R3 FI/CO/APO.
- Good Skills in Tableau and Power BI
- Medium Statistics understanding

**Position Description**

He or she will also support the local Demand Planners in the countries and advise or suggest them on the usage of the Statistical Forecasting model to increase the forecast accuracy and reduce the manual work based of different KPIs to monitor the statistical model performance. For that they will also require a deep knowledge of the respective portfolio and market insights which will get from the demand planners directly in the respective monthly and quarterly calls (portfolio review).

Participation in projects & support to build up and implement new processes in the area will be additional tasks.
