**Supply Chain Data Analytics**

**PURPOSE**

As member of a global Center of Expertise (CoE) organization within the GBS the incumbent is supporting the operational teams to increase effectiveness and efficiency in the area of global supply planning, intercompany order management and product change management by process optimization and automation in close alignment with Local and Global Process Managers.

**Scope**:Global SCM organizations and SMEs for SCM functions in various global locations. Job position located in Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona).

**YOUR TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES**
- Create and maintain reporting of operational GSM KPIs and reports to support operational processes.
- Provide transparency on process adherence and quality.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and identify improvement potentials.
- Identify/document use cases for analytics and automation and create prototypes.
- Continuous improvement of current tools.
- Act as a GSM Hub ambassador to Global functions within Product Supply.
- Lead local projects/initiatives and contribute to global projects.
- Actively drive projects E2E.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor or master in SCM, Business Administration, IT or equivalent education.
- Good knowledge of Supply chain planning and execution processes. Business process oriented with analytic mindset.
- Proactive and analytical approach, solution oriented with the ability to solve simplify and harmonize processes.
- Good knowledge in building data models, analyzing datasets (SQL, Power Query) and building reports/dashboards (Power BI, tableau).
- Good knowledge in MS Office, SAP BW, APO and ERP.
- Desired: Knowledge on OMP and SAP HANNA.
- Proven digital acumen, experience in data analytics and process automation.
- Good communication skills and relationship management capabilities.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage complex tasks.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally.
- Fluent in English.
