Our client is a multinational company within the Automotive industry.

**Job description**:
We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Director to join a multinational company within the automotive sector. The Supply Chain Director will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, driving operational excellence, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery. This is a critical leadership role within the organization, requiring a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and excellent leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy, aligning it with the company's business objectives and market trends.
- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Finance, to align supply chain activities with business goals and customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to the executive leadership team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, that may impact the supply chain, proactively adapting strategies and processes as needed.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience more than + 15 years in supply chain management, with a focus on the automotive sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and transforming supply chain operations, preferably at a managerial or director level.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of english is mandatory
- Availability to travel
