We are looking for Supply Chain Specialists to join the Global Planning HUB in Granollers. The Planning Hub is dedicated to Luxury and Consumer Beauty products, overseeing all elements of the E2E supply cycle. Our office is located in the Granollers Factory - a flagship production site in the global supply network of COTY.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position supports the Global Supply Chain Planning Team with an opportunity to collaborate alongside supply chain professionals to make a direct contribution to business results.
We are a fast-paced multi-functional and multi-cultural planning team.
We execute with excellence the daily operations in these departments: Material planning (raw material and packaging): delivering service and inventory for a portfolio of global and local suppliers. Material Supply Management: developing relationships and leading agility projects with vendors. Production planning: in charge of delivering service and inventory for a selection of manufacturing lines, as well as capacity levelling. Sub-contractor planning: in charge of delivering service and inventory for products outsourced to external manufacturers. Distribution planning: in charge of risk management (risk of products being out of stock); point of contact for the markets; responsible for delivering the right product quantity at the right time to the right place. Category Supply Planning: in charge of big data analysis that supports decision-making; leads key processes to drive and maintain a healthy level of Inventory.
In each department, we have roles dedicated to new launches and initiatives.

YOUR MAIN FOCUS

As a Planner You Will Have a unique opportunity to learn and be part of Supply Chain processes on a global level Own and deliver KPIs for a tailored scope of products Generate and analyze supply chain data to contribute to business decisions Identify improvement opportunities in processes and operations Participate in various projects dedicated to products, portfolio, or sourcing changes

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like continuous learning, data analysis, team efforts, and challenges. As a Supply Chain Planner, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.

Are graduates of Higher Education studies (Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business being preferable)
Have already initial work experience (at least an internship) in some business operations (in Supply Chain is a plus)
Are fluent in English (this is our working language)
Possess very good Excel skills (large database management, basic formulas, pivot tables)
Have some basic command of SAP (preferable)
Are proactive, curious, and committed to delivering results
Operate with discipline, outperform under pressure, and are organized
Are very strong in communication skills and teamwork
Can demonstrate solid ownership, autonomy, and excellent analytical skills
Are interested in learning and developing their long-term career within the Supply Chain field
