We’re looking for Students to join our Business Unit in Barcelona in the Master Data team of Coty. This is a unique opportunity to get the knowledge of the supply chain activities in a Business unit, working within a truly multifunctional team on challenging projects and daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Supply Chain Master Data intern, you will be responsible for performing Master Data related admin tasks.
Within this role you will be able to learn customer service operations, participate in daily business and identify process improvement opportunities.
**Your main focus**: Give support on the day-to-day Master Data activities (materials, customer, pricing, quotas,) Provide administrative support to create the customer library and document our current customer service processes.

The team consists of Supply Chain experts you will work closely together with several departments such as Costumer Service, Sales, Marketing and Finance. All your colleagues have a solid experience in their expertise and are looking forward to help you develop your skills. Working in the team, you will develop a strong knowledge on managing Master Data in a fast-paced business.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are interested in developing your career in Supply Chain and Master Data. As our next intern, you enjoy beauty and have a proactive mentality. You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
BA and MA studies in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Economics preferable
Proactive, curious and committed to deliver results
Strong in communication and teamwork
Highly autonomous, disciplined and with high level of ownership
Minimum availability of 6 months (preferably at 35 hours per week)
Master the English language on a near native level
