**The mission of this role**

The Supply Chain Intern will support the Supply Chain team in daily operations, contributing to the efficient management of the organization's logistics processes and optimizing resource utilization. This hands-on role offers valuable exposure to international supply chain operations and logistics management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Verification and Documentation: Verify data entry from manufacturers and prepare/review delivery documentation.
- Transport Monitoring and Coordination: Monitor transport schedules and collaborate with warehouse and transport providers.
- Compliance and Non-Conformity Management: Ensure shipment compliance and manage non-conformities with necessary documentation.
- Analysis and Optimization: Analyze KPIs, support cost-saving initiatives, and suggest process improvements.
- Administrative and Operational Support: Provide administrative support for transportation, returns, claims, and customer reception, and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- No previous experience required — a passion for learning and problem-solving is essential.
- Intermediate level of English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
