Ncr Coordinator. Scope: Iberia and France

**Region MED > Customer Project Execution > PMO Iberia** The Project Management Office for the MED region provides support to the Construction department. Follow up the implementation of processes, and achieve efficiencies having a direct and positive impact on the results of projects. The main purpose is to improve the Contribution Margin, Cash and Revenue KPIs. **Responsibilities** - Manage the NCRs that have been registered on-site. - Request any material or service needed. - Create a vendor as a customer when needed (for invoicing in SAP) - Request the invoice to the SSC and follow up payment. - Follow up on the arrival or completions (materials or services) on site - Gather all relevant NCR information in order to identify the root cause responsible - Raise and follow cost claim to the responsible for recovery (including external suppliers and PBU´s) - Prepare and follow up on all insurance claims when needed including payment. - Work directly with SQD and Quality Team for High and medium cases problem solving - Special focus on achieving Global NC KPI - Close in SAP the NCR (check Quality KPI) and Service Orders - Follow up CIM cases implementation. **Qualifications** - Degree in Engineering or Business Administration - Have good communication skills - Fluent in English - Experience in wind/renewable energy desired or quality management Work experience in a multinational environment is highly appreciated. **Competencies** - Good organization and interpersonal skills as well as solid communication and negotiation capabilities - Ability to adapt to an ever-growing environment. - Capacity to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly. - Problem-solving and judgment capabilities. **What We Offer** We offer you the opportunity to make a difference and to work in a multicultural and international company and team, where you can improve your skills and develop professionally.. **BEWARE - RECRUITMENT FRAUD** **DEIB Statement** At Vestas, we recognize the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion in driving innovation and success.
