From all areas of the company we share the same goal: to improve the lives of our pets and their families. We are looking for a PRIVATE LABEL GLOBAL PROJECTS COORDINATOR FRANCE / SPAIN for the central offices in Madrid or Malaga within the Commercial Department.
**Your missions**:
- Assortment management
- Providing information and data about all PL products: SKU data (EAN, codes, products specifications,), pricing, suppliers, logistic data, marketing data, POS and HD files
- Monitoring and updating on new features and ongoing developments
- Interface and coordination between private label teams France, Spain and suppliers on common purchasing:
- Operational support on purchases with direct ISK suppliers (information sharing, forecast following)
- Coordination of gathered and centralized purchasing with ISK (forecasting monitoring, production timing)
- Development and participation in the implementation of ISK direct supplier, ordering and delivery processes and via the ISK logistics warehouse
- Sales performance monitoring: transfer of BI information, benchmarking and recommendations/alerts on sales performance France vs Spain
- Sharing best practices and improving private label product development processes France / Spain
- Support on joint projects:
- Coordination of joint POS purchases or specific operations (POS, markup)
- Coordination of product marketing adaptations and potentially specific products developments for France
**Requirements**:
**Professional Characteristics**:
- Graduate in Business - Purchasing - Logistics
- Fluent in Spanish, French and English
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the Retail or Pet Shop
- You have an aptitude for project management, you are structured and organized to make recommendations on process optimization
- You have good analytical and synthesis skills and you master purchasing/logistics management tools
- Team player and able to work in an international environment
**Essential requirements**:
- Fluent English, Spanish and French are required for this position
- Occasional trips in France to be expected.
