**What you will do**:
Data Analytics Manager, will be the partners right hand and will be assigned to different projects as of the first day. It is essential that this profile is transversal capabilities being able to offer technical solutions to business problems in all our practice groups. You should have transversal knowledge (not specialization) in the typical capabilities of D&A projects (Strategy, Architecture, DS&DE, Cloud&Infra, etc).
- As a Manager you are responsible for managing client interactions and play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships.
- You provide project management oversight required to meet client expectations.
- Responsibilities may include the development of presentations, managing of external relationships and consultant work progress, providing status reports.
- You conduct analyses to define client needs and you supervise research activities to obtain relevant data.
- You oversee the formulation of research hypotheses and the subsequent advanced data analyses of client, competitor, and industry data.
- Motivate your team members to further develop their Career by providing them with on the job learning, continues feedback and guiding them on their academic development, providing them with information and availability.
- Providing your team with the information and availability regarding Metyis Social engagement with volunteer work and motivating them to participate.
**What you will bring**:
- Demonstrated expertise aligned with one of Metyis’ practice areas such as Banking / Insurance especially in Digital Transformation.
- Over than 6 years of consulting experience, potentially in combination with relevant industry experience, with at least 1+ years at a project lead level.
- Strong management and communication skills. The ability to bring together all stakeholders and persuade senior clients to act on the given advice.
- Proven ability to manage client engagements, client relationships, and provide guidance to teams, owning the responsibility for the quality of the engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking, proven by a high level of academic achievements. Ability to develop leading edge business models, frameworks for analysis, and long-term business strategies that maximize shareholder value.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
