In this role, you'll play a crucial part in defining our data architecture and processes, as well as shaping the company's analytics roadmap.

**Your Mission**:

- Design, develop, and maintain the company's data architecture and processes. Create and implement both batch and real-time event-based ETL processes.
- Collaborate with team members to build data and analytics pipelines, dashboards, etc.
- Partner closely with the Product team to define tracking requirements and analytics inputs for the product.
- Liaise with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to identify needs and propose solutions.
- Generate analyses on product performance, user behavior, and the results of marketing activities.
- Stay updated on data engineering trends and technologies, engage in user communities, and share acquired knowledge with your team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Data or Analytics Engineer
- Knowledge of SQL and ETL technologies (specially Airflow)
- Programming skills and a good command of Python
- Familiarity with constructing and deploying data pipelines and services within AWS
- Understanding of AWS Services, including S3 and Redshift
- Excellent level in both English and Spanish languages
- Knowledge of Tableau

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with AWS services like Kinesis, Lambda functions, ECS
- Knowledge of Docker and Terraform
- Understanding of Zeppelin
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science or Engineering)
