Buscamos un/a HR Operations Manager, que tendrá como misión coordinar y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento a los equipos de Administración de Personal y Payroll (5 personas), buscando maximizar la eficiencia en los procesos a nível Global. Por otra parte se encargará de los procesos de movilidad global y coordinación de las sinergias entre los diferente comités de Empresa de las entidades españolas.
**Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto**
Diplomatura en RRLL, Licenciatura en ADE, Derecho o Ciencias del Trabajo.
Experiência de 10 años en relaciones laborales y administración de personal, liderando equipos.
Inglés fluido (hablado y escrito)
Experiência en mejora de procesos.
Liderazgo de proyectos a nível internacional.
