**About the Role**

Our Sales team is the engine that steer new customer acquisition and engagement across Europe : our salespeople can do it all from prospecting to acquisition. With their good buddies in the Marketing & Strategic partnership teams, they conquer new market shares with a value based solution oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at (environmentally friendly) rocket speed

We're looking for a Head of Sales - Business Travel to be a key player in propelling our triple digit growth (electric) engine to new heights. Reporting directly to the VP B2B, you will be part of the B2B leadership team and responsible for planning and executing flawlessly our Customer acquisition strategy. You will work across 11 B2B markets, and be the driving force behind the Sales part of our Go To Market strategy.
Working closely with relevant HQ and local stakeholders, this is an excellent opportunity to join a unicorn company formed of highly motivated teams in a fast-paced, multicultural and high impact environment.

**Your day-to-day**:

**Your profile**:
Must have:

- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- 2+ years experience as a high performing Sales Manager
- Track record of consistently overachieving targets and coaching teams to high performance
- Exceptional at driving operational excellence in the execution of the sales strategy
- Exceptional communication skills in English (no other language required)
- Training in a sales methodology
- Must be comfortable managing decentralised remote teams

Nice to have:

- Experience in SaaS
- Experience in the Business Travel industry
- Experience in a pan European role
- Multiple European language skills
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Salesloft / Outreach
