Head of Sales – Responsibilities Managing the Sales Teams Train and coach daily 2 AE Team Leader and 2 BDR TL directly, and 40 BDRs and AEs indirectly Recruit and promote BDRs and AEs in their respective career paths Organise the daily life of your teams: production time, administrative time, team meetings, individual check‐ins, monthly reviews, etc. Inspire your teams by leading by example and embodying Skello's values Motivate and engage your teams to drive them towards outperformance and professional fulfilment Managing Sales Processes and Tools Monitor all of your teams' KPIs Master all sales tools and ensure their correct use Optimize commercial processes Contribute to the definition of quotas and forecasts for your teams Assign leads according to the criteria established with your partner Qualifications More than 5 years of commercial experience More than 3 years of management experience, ideally with a team of at least 20 members Proficiency in English and French is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary Lunch vouchers with Pluxee Health insurance with Alan 5 additional days off One‐week full‐time onboarding to give you all the knowledge you need about Skello and the SaaS environment Multiple events and a continuous focus on employee happiness 1 day per week of work‐from‐home policy after the probation period is validated Numerous career opportunities in a hyper‐growth scale‐up context Unique company culture and strong ethics, including a healthy work‐life balance and a constant focus on achieving diversity, equity and inclusion's highest standards Recruitment Process Interview with Marc, Spain General Manager Case study review with Paul, VP Strategy and International Meeting with the Spain team Interview with Quitterie, CEO Welcome on board Artificial Intelligence in Hiring We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analysing resumes, or assessing responses.
